IDS Telcom Selects Equinox Suite of Software Applications for Network Management

IDS REPLACES PREVIOUSLY INSTALLED SYSTEM WITH "MORE ADVANCED" EQUINOX SOFTWARE

Nashville, TN — June 21, 2002 - Nashville-based Equinox Information Systems today announced that IDS Telcom, one of the nation's fastest growing telecommunications providers, has licensed a suite of Equinox software applications. The software applications to be deployed are Collector, Manager, ShowCDR, and Protector. These applications will enable IDS Telcom to manage their network in real-time with advanced features for call detail record (CDR) reporting and telecom fraud management.

• Protector: to identify instances in which a customer's actual usage varies from expected usage in a manner that suggests fraudulent activity.
